The Hotel, Gastronomy and Tourism faculty of the Panama Interamerican University (UIP) played host to the 4th Culinary Cup, an international gastronomy contest that brought together students from Laureate University schools from Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, USA, Mexico, and Turkey. The live stream webcast was produced by Verite Producciones using 4 robotic cameras and two hand-helds for a thorough coverage. You can see the teaser here.
Verite Producciones was chosen by Artist Preserve, a London based production company, for Production Services for the shooting of Enrique Iglesias’s latest music video. The video was shot over a two day period at Sarigua, in the province of Herrera and in Panama City. More than 80 local technicians and talent were used during the shooting. The Centrobasket 2016 tournament to be held in Panama in the upcoming month of June, held its Draw Ceremony which was transmitted via Web and produced by Verite Producciones. The event, was held at the Bella Vista room of Hotel El Panama, and featured amongst its presenters the Vice Minister of Foreign Relations of Panama , Luis Miguel Hincapie, plus high level local sport authorities as well as FIBA regional directors. For this production, two (2) Sony BRC-H900 Robotic Cameras, one (1) PMW-200 and a Blackmagic ATEM 2 switcher were used. Additionally, Screen+ provided P4 LED modular screens for the event’s IMAG.
The emerging markets of Latin America was the subject of a recent shoot in Managua and Granada, Nicaragua, produced by a crew from Verite Producciones, S.A.. The two-day shoot was shot in locations around these cities, taking advantage of the visual richness of the Central American nation. Verite’s production team was conformed by Ricky Barria (Director/Camera), Marcial Lau (B Camera) Carlos Ovando (Teleprompter), Dennis Serrano (audio) and Lorna Taylor (fixer). The T.Rowe Price team was formed by Dan Klos (Producer), Michael Gaucher (writer) and Darrell Riley (Presenter).
Telefonica Business Solutions held a series of corporate presentations in Central America. The series, TIC Forum 2016, presented an impressive group of communication and technology experts who spoke about the evolution of applied information technology and its impact on the improvement of business processes in both the private and public sector The main focus of the event is to promote a better understanding of technology amongst its clients and their clients. The event was streamed live via web by Verite Producciones, S.A.
