Verite Produccones provides cctv of Christmas Parade sponsored by Panama City´s Mayor´s office

As it´s already become a tradition, Panama City´s Mayor´s office sponsored the annual Christmas Parade, this year featuring the classic tales of all times. The event´s cctv was responsibility of Verite Producciones using for this occasion an OB truck with 3 cameras, a jib and a drone. The signal had to be distributed along the 1.2km route to giant LED screens positioned along the Cinta Costera. The parade was part of the Mayor´s office Christmas program “Brilla la Navidad” (A Bright Christmas), and included floats, marching bands and local TV personalities. The night was capped by an impressive fireworks display.

Ricky Martin´s ONE WORLD TOUR stops by Panamá

A tour which started over 2 years ago, Ricky Martin´s ONE WORLD TOUR , made a stop in Panama this past november 17. The tour has been in 96 cities around the world carries the singer´s personal message “to unite nations thru music”. During it´s stopover in Panama, Verite Producciones was charged with producing the video images for the IMAGs displayed at the Amador Convention Center (formerly Figali). The concert tour which ended December 12, was organized in Panama by Magic Dreams,

Tradition in Panama dictates that come november, most major shopping center hold a “tree ligthing” event. This 2016 Verite Producciones was entrusted with two such events, one in Supercentro El Dorado and a second one in Metromall, both, very popular shopping venues of Panama City. Multi-camera closed-circuit systems were mounted for both events plus P4 LED modular screens and a powerful PA (Screen+). The event at Supercentro El Dorado was organized by Medcom and the mall´s marketing department. The event at Metromall was organized by Topline Events.

Verite Producciones backs up Panamanian cinema.

Verite Producciones gave Panamanian Cinema its support by streaming via Facebook Live the Awards show of the 10 Festival Internacional de Cortometrajes HAYAH held in Panama City past november 2016. For this broadcast two SONY BRC H900 robotic cameras and one Sony PMW X200 were used for the mix. The broadcast/streaming lasted more than 2 hours and counted with the presence of the most talented local filmmakers, whom contributed 19 shorts to the contest´s mix. The recent Carlos Vives tour in Panama, which included three presentations, two in Panama City and a third one in David, Chiriqui, counted with IMAG services by Verite Producciones. The video rider included two Sony BRC-H900 Robotic cameras and one Sony PMW-400 outfitted with a Fujinon 50x lens and a Tricaster 950 switcher. The show was produced by Magic Dreams Inc.

Verite Producciones present at historical inaugural act of the expanded Panama Canal

The Inaugural act for the new Expanded Panama Canal became a “broadcast event” past june 26th, with a 12 hour live broadcast coordinated by The Panama Canal Authority (ACP). Verite Producciones played a role in this historic telecast, providing some services such as Directing of the Protocolar and Entertainment segments, specialized lighting, fiber optic distribution and the Presidential prompter.

Panama was the stage for the recent Centrobasket 2016 Championship, played during the past month of June and organized by FIBA AMERICAS. The regional tournament counted with the participation of teams from Bahamas, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, Mexico, Panama, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands. The games were played at the Roberto Duran Arena in Panama City and its satellite broadcast during the 7 days was responsibility of Verite Producciones, S.A.

The Hotel, Gastronomy and Tourism faculty of the Panama Interamerican University (UIP) played host to the 4th Culinary Cup, an international gastronomy contest that brought together students from Laureate University schools from Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, USA, Mexico, and Turkey. The live stream webcast was produced by Verite Producciones using 4 robotic cameras and two hand-helds for a thorough coverage. You can see the teaser here.

Artist Preserve chooses Verite Producciones for latest Enrique Iglesias video.

Verite Producciones was chosen by Artist Preserve, a London based production company, for Production Services for the shooting of Enrique Iglesias’s latest music video. The video was shot over a two day period at Sarigua, in the province of Herrera and in Panama City. More than 80 local technicians and talent were used during the shooting.
